However, he desired a new challenge and incorporated his expertise into The Window Source.

The business has since expanded into the Kansas City area under the leadership of Pierce Stephens, who joined the family business after graduating from Kansas State University. Pierce brings his experience in Management Information Systems and Business Management to help drive the success of The Window Source.
