Cerrowire
Cerrowire has a rich history that dates back to the 1920s. Originally established as Circle Flexible Conduit Co., Inc., the company manufactured and sold armored cable and flexible steel conduit. Over the years, Cerrowire expanded its product line to include various types of copper wire and cable. In 1935, the company changed its name to Circle Wire & Cable Corp.
In 1955, Cerro de Pasco Corp. acquired the company, leading to the development of Cerro Wire & Cable Company. In 1976, Cerro Wire & Cable became a member of The Marmon Group. The company continued its growth journey by adding manufacturing facilities in Utah, Indiana, and Georgia.
In 2008, Berkshire Hathaway Inc. acquired a majority interest in the Marmon Group, further solidifying Cerrowire's future in the building wire industry. Today, Cerrowire is known as Cerro Wire LLC and continues to be a leading copper wire supplier in the United States.
Throughout its history, Cerrowire has focused on delivering quality products, strong customer service, and innovative solutions that make them a trusted name in the industry.
